- To take and fulfil your order, including payment, dispatch, customs clearance, and delivery: performance of a contract with you.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, to remember your preferences, to measure how the Site is used, and to deliver and measure advertising. You can control cookies through your browser, and disabling some of them will affect how the Site works.
Where the law requires it, we ask for your consent before placing non-essential cookies, and you can change your choice at any time.

- A buyer or successor, if our business is sold or reorganized.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Depending on where you live, some sharing for targeted advertising may count as a "sale" or "sharing" under state privacy law, and you can opt out on our Your Privacy Choices page.
6. International Transfers
We are based in the United States and your information is processed there. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or Brazil, this means your information is transferred outside your country.
For those transfers we put appropriate safeguards in place with each provider that receives your information, which include the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and their United Kingdom equivalent where that provider makes them available. You can ask us which safeguard applies to a given provider by writing to privacy@bennutrition.com.

- Marketing contact information: until you unsubscribe, and for a short period afterwards so that we can honour your choice.
- Customer service correspondence: up to 3 years after the matter is closed.
- Site analytics data: up to 26 months.
8. Your Rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and you can unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link in any marketing email or by writing to us.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to object to processing based on our legitimate interest, to ask us to restrict processing, to receive your information in a portable format, to withdraw a consent you have given, and to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
If you are in Brazil, the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados gives you the right to confirm that we process your data, to access it, to correct it, to anonymize, block, or delete unnecessary or excessive data, to data portability, to information about who we share it with, to be told what happens if you refuse consent, to withdraw consent, and to object to processing. You may also petition the Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados.
If you are in California or another U.S. state with a privacy law, you have the right to know what we collect and why, to access and delete it, to correct it, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights.
To exercise any of these, write to privacy@bennutrition.com. We reply within the time the applicable law allows, and we may need to verify your identity first.
