30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to feel confident trying B.E.N. Minerals. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will refund the full purchase price.

How to Request a Refund

Email contact@bennutrition.com within 30 days of receiving your order, including your order number and reason for the refund. We will respond within 2 business days.

Conditions

  • The 30-day guarantee applies to first-time purchases.
  • One refund per customer.
  • You do not need to send the product back to receive a refund.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are not refunded. On international orders, import duties and taxes paid at checkout are also not refunded, because they are paid to the destination country and cannot be recovered.

Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at contact@bennutrition.com with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Customers in the European Union, the EEA, and the United Kingdom

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. This right applies in addition to, and independently of, the 30-day guarantee above, and none of the conditions listed above apply to it.

To exercise it, email contact@bennutrition.com with your order number and a clear statement that you are withdrawing from the purchase. You must return the goods within 14 days of telling us, and you pay the cost of that return. We refund the product price and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of receiving proof that you have sent them.

As permitted by Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU and the equivalent provision of the United Kingdom Consumer Contracts Regulations, this right does not apply to a bottle that has been unsealed after delivery, because the product is sealed for health protection reasons.

Customers in Brazil

If you are a consumer resident in Brazil, Article 49 of Law No. 8.078/1990 (Código de Defesa do Consumidor) gives you the right to cancel your purchase within 7 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason, and to receive a full refund of the amounts you paid, including shipping. This right applies in addition to, and independently of, the 30-day guarantee above, and none of the conditions listed above apply to it.
